There has been an increase in the number of Indian students, especially postgraduates, applying to Australia to study. During 2013-14, 34,100 visas were issued to Indian students, a rise of 38% compared to the previous year.

Foreign PhD students in Australian universities pay the domestic fee plus now have the right to work full-time. They also receive other benefits. If you have school-going children, you can pay domestic fees plus if you have a partner or spouse, they are allowed to work.

The quality of teaching, the curriculum plus the exposure the students get to industry prepares them for jobs around the world. Australian universities feature in global rankings consistently. Students study in a safe environment plus the culture is very welcoming. Students are helped academically by their peers plus strong student support services found at Australian universities.

Besides business management, IT, science, engineering, media, plus arts, other courses include agricultural science, fish culture, horticulture, food technology plus supply chain logistics.
