Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available within 6 working days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must have a valid reason supported by an issue that prevents the proper functioning of our browser plugin.

Non-Refundable Items:
Services rendered and the time and effort put into the installation and setup of the plugin are non-refundable and if any amount is not deposited and seems reported to chargeback the issues should be contact customer support instead complaining or you would not get the refund
